A DATE FOR THE DIARY

Dear Readers/Subscribers,

Almost two years ago on the 27th of August, 2021, I published my first Digital Renegade post "Oracle Part 1" and began a journey of developing my skills as a writer of prose after a hit-and-miss "career" working as a screenwriter in film and television.

As it happened, embarking on my more personal work as a writer has coincided with some of the most tumultuous events of my private life and enabled me to unlock the far greater and deeper themes of my life in a sort of sketchbook/blog format that I hope will have resonated with you on occasions if not all the time. Having a loyal readership has been a great motivation for testing my writing and hopefully improving my skills.

Reflecting lately on the future trajectory of my work as a writer I have decided that it may be wise to begin the process of moving on to the next stage of my hopeful evolution as an author. Obviously, I would love to bring as many of you along on my journey as I can if your hearts and minds are willing. I'm still not quite sure what form this 'moving on' will take quite yet but I will endeavour to keep you informed once I have decided on which platform I may emigrate to or what medium I may branch out into in order to build on from what I've created here at Digital Renegade.

In the meantime, I will be writing on this site right up until my two-year anniversary in August and hope to deliver some of my best work yet for you all in that remaining time. I also hope to conclude my 'In The Wee Small Hours' and  '808s And Heartbreak' anthologies too.
