MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Dear Readers,

It's that time of year again when I have to thank you for your continued support of my work, no matter how many or how few of my stories and essays you've managed to read throughout 2022. I appreciate it's been a crazy year for all of us so don't expect a slavish devotion to my various often random experiments in prose.

There has been a method to my madness although sometimes it may not appear so. I consider Digital Renengade to be my very own artist's palette where I get to mix colours and try different tones with each piece I put out (if you'll permit my pretentious analogy here ;-) Slowly, but surely, I hope I'm building a solid vernacular from which I can improve and increase my ambition with scale and themes as I set to look toward writing my first novel at some point in the not too distant future.

It hasn't been the easiest of years after losing my dear father who has always been the bedrock of inspiration in my life and it has taken some time to process the difficult memories of his illness but always grateful for the opportunities to bond with him in the most vulnerable and tender moments of his final months.

Moving forward, I would like to wish all of you and your families a very happy Christmas and an inspiring 2023.
